At the CAREER FAIR 2019 event, organized by Bari Polytechnic University on May 29, 2019, LAN System was present with its own booth to present its fields of activity and currently open positions to young recent graduates. In addition, our company organized the seminar “At the basis of the digitization of production systems: soft skills for software defined manufacturing.”

It was an opportunity to present the reality of industrial automation software and its evolution over the past three decades toward increasingly articulated, intelligent and efficient systems.

In particular, the technological expertise and multidisciplinary approach behind some of the more advanced solutions was addressed.

During the seminar, moreover, it was possible to show how the process of industrial digitization, although complex and characterized by stringent requirements, actually opens up enormous possibilities for development even for small-scale realities and enables the overcoming of geographical and cultural barriers.
